Country Pasta w/ Mozzarella
8 oz rigatoni, cooked & drained
8 slices of bacon, cut into pieces
2 cups broccoli flowerets
½ tsp minced fresh garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain. Cook bacon over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until broccoli is crispy tender. Add rigatoni & mozzarella cheese. Continue cooking, stirring until cheese is melted.
